We keep our privacy policy under regular review. Any updates to this policy will be made available on our website. Consultation Booking Information

When you book a consultation through our online booking form, we collect and process personal information (including your name, contact details, and any other information you provide) to schedule and manage your appointments with us. This includes:

  • Your initial consultation call

  • Any subsequent in-person appointments

  • Communication related to scheduling, rescheduling, or cancelling appointments

  • Preparation for and delivery of our services

The basis for this processing is contractual necessity - we need this information to provide the consultation service you have requested. We will retain this information for the duration of our professional relationship and for a maximum of 3 years afterwards in accordance with our record retention obligations. When a booking is made via www.apexneuro.co.uk we collect data to allow us to facilitate the booking. This data takes the form of personal information, such as; full name, email address, telephone number. Your financial information may be used by our third-party payment provider, to process any payments in relation to services we offer.

If you fail to provide personal data

We need to collect certain personal data in order to deliver our service, including the initial consultation call. If you fail to provide that data when requested, we may not be able to provide services to you. In this case, we may have to cancel service you have with us but we will notify you if this is the case at the time.

We use different methods to collect data from and about you including through direct interactions when you enquire about our services through our website or otherwise, contact us, or from third parties or publicly available sources.   • To improve our services and any content we share on our website and social channels such as by asking you to leave a review or take a survey.

Requests to Change/Right to Delete and Time to Respond

If you wish to notify us of changes to your details or want to submit a request for any data we hold for you to be deleted then please contact us at contact@apexneuro.co.uk. These requests will be processed within 30 days of the request being received. You will not have to pay a fee to access your personal data (or to exercise any of the other rights). However, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive or excessive. Alternatively, we may refuse to comply with your request in these circumstances.
