Many of our clients with Multiple Sclerosis have been told there is ‘nothing that can be done’ and the best they can hope for is to remain stable. We strongly disagree and have a huge amount of evidence to back this belief - see our results here.

Unlike many traditional programmes, our approach targets changes in motor function and neuromuscular communication, aiming to improve muscle control, and rebuilding strength and muscle. Rather than just focusing on 'symptom management', our Multiple Sclerosis rehabilitation programmes are grounded in sports science and  performance methodologies to target muscular control, strength and functional improvements.

We do not offer typical therapies such as physiotherapy, and differ from many other practitioners and services, which often:​​

• Overlook underlying communication issues between brain and body.

• Rely on basic exercises or robotic technologies.

• Do not provide education on fundamentals of maintaining and regaining function and strength including training and nutrition.

• Practitioners often don't believe improving with MS is possible based on limited methods or knowledge.

• Long duration programmes spanning many months away from home.

• Do not offer home support, education or autonomy to the individual.

Our team is made up of the UK's most experienced Neufit (Neubie) practitioners as the first to bring this technology into the country. Many of our clients have tried similar approaches before but find they achieve significantly better outcomes working with us.

We openly discuss programme cost during the consultation, which we offer free of charge as we believe prospective clients should be able to explore their options and ask questions without a paywall. Our remote programme is offered at a cost of £155/month. 
 

Our Multiple Sclerosis programme begins with a comprehensive consultation allowing us to learn more about your symptoms and goals, while giving you chance to ask questions about our programmes.  ​

Programmes vary from 2 to 10 day intervals (or weekly sessions for local clients) and are tailored to each individual, keeping appointments to only what is necessary. Our programmes are designed around education, giving clients the tools and knowledge to progress outside of the clinic.

After the first intensive, as needed, clients return for subsequent (often shorter) intensives and often engage with the Remote Support programme.

Unlike many programmes, we do not ask clients to be away from home for long periods, for good reasons:

• Being away from home for long periods adds significant strain to the individual and family, we want to minimise stress to improve outcomes.

• Long stays are often costly and impact on daily life.

• We simply do not need the same duration to achieve results.

Our Remote Support Programme has been purpose-built to bridge the gap between intensives and help clients maintain progress. 

​Important: we are not treating the underlying disease. Your starting point will determine realistic outcomes and responses, results vary. We require dedication and work from the client, and will only work with clients who are willing to take responsibility for the factors needed for success outside of the sessions. This is a team effort.
