Unlike many traditional programmes, our approach targets the progressive loss of motor function and the disruption of neuromuscular communication, including rebuilding lost strength and muscle. 

We do not offer typical therapies such as physiotherapy, and we are vastly different from many other practitioners and services, which often:​​
 

• Fail to address the underlying communication issues between brain and body.

• Rely on basic exercises or robotic technologies.

• Do not provide education on fundamentals of maintaining and regaining function and strength including training and nutrition.

• Do not work intensively enough. 

• Practitioners often don't believe improving with MS is possible based on limited methods or knowledge.

• Have long duration programmes spanning many months.

• Do not offer home support, education or autonomy to the individual.

Our team is made up of the UK's most experienced Neufit (Neubie) practitioners as the first to bring this technology into the country. Our approach has inspired a number of other practices, but we are the presently the ONLY clinic to offering the APEX NEURO methodology. Despite achieving world-leading results, we have intentionally positioned our prices at a competitive rate which are typically less than other similar programmes in this country, and far less than programmes in other countries. We openly discuss programme cost during the consultation, which we offer free of charge. Our remote programme is offered at a cost of £155/month. 
 

Our Multiple Sclerosis programme begins with a comprehensive consultation allowing us to learn more about your symptoms and goals, while giving you chance to ask questions about our programmes.  ​

Programmes vary from 2 to 10 day intervals (or weekly sessions for local clients) and are tailored to each individual, keeping appointments to only what is necessary and in small 'doses'. After the first intensive, as needed, clients return for subsequent (often shorter) intensives and often engage with the Remote Support programme.

Unlike many programmes, we do not ask clients to be away from home for long periods, for good reasons:

• Being away from home for long periods adds significant strain to the individual and family, we want to minimise stress to improve outcomes.

• Long stays are often costly and impact on daily life.

• We simply do not need the same duration to achieve results.

Our Remote Support Programme has been purpose-built to bridge the gap between intensives and help clients maintain progress.
