After many years of Multiple Sclerosis progression, Wojtek contacted us from Poland having seen our results with MS. He was very realistic about his expectations, understanding it would take time and hard work, but fully committed to the process.

Across the 7 day intensive, Rob and Wojtek began building the foundations for Wojtek to stand - regaining muscle control, sensation and contraction and working on voluntarily controlling the muscles, including to lift the foot and gain power from sitting to standing.

They worked intensively on his stability when stood as his body has detrained over time and needed support initially in contracting the muscles that help with standing upright.

Over the 7 days, Wojtek went from needing support from Rob to get up from the treatment bed, to gaining the power to stand and hold himself in a steady position.

Wojtek is now working to continue what we started on our remote programme using all the information we gained during our intensive to keep building the communication and strength with the goals to stand independently working towards walking.
