Multiple Sclerosis: overcoming foot drop & running again with MS. Foot drop is one of the most common symptoms of Multiple Sclerosis (MS) we work with. Unlike many aids for foot drop, our clients often progress to no longer needing the device whereas many other options are worn permanently. By improving the control over the muscle, at a certain point the device is no longer needed. For Bec, this took us just a few days (you can watch her progress on our social media pages).

Our approach goes beyond just the work in the clinic, particularly when it comes to degenerative conditions like Multiple Sclerosis.
Building muscle and strength is a substantial goal for many of our clients, many of them have never used a gym before, or aren’t familiar with how to train to build strength and muscle. Part of our approach is to teach clients how to train in a way that is going to be most effective in rebuilding strength and muscle.
