Many of our clients have participated in FND programmes at top institutions without meaningful progress, spent years on waiting lists for traditional interventions, or have been told "nothing can be done" or "it's in your head."

Unlike other approaches that heavily emphasise psychological aspects, our programme focuses specifically on improving signalling between the brain and body. Our first-of-its-kind method delivers significant, sustainable improvements in abilities and quality of life. Our goal is FULL functional recovery – often in substantially less time and cost than conventional approaches.

We find FND to often be the fastest responding condition we work with. On average, our FND clients need between 10-40 hours of rehabilitation to often achieve full and lasting resolution of symptoms – significantly less than most traditional inpatient programmes. In some cases, clients may experience a relapse in symptoms, but we find a 'top up' visit often achieves resolution in a much shorter time than the original programme.
 

The duration you've had FND does not determine treatment outcome. FND doesn't follow traditional rehabilitation expectations – case "complexity" doesn't necessarily correlate with the programme duration. Some of the most complex cases we've seen have been fastest to respond.

Many FND programs focus extensively on the psychological and behavioural aspects proposed  to be linked to the condition. This outlook often fails to adequately address the neurological challenges faced by individuals with FND, sometimes causing more harm than good.

Instead, we utilise an approach that addresses the disruption in brain-body communication. Through the use of advanced technologies, we are able to mimic the natural pathways of communication, helping to "recalibrate" the disrupted communication.

Unlike many neurological rehabilitation programmes, we do not ask clients to be away from home for months at a time, for good reasons:

• Being away from home for long periods adds significant strain to the individual and family, we want to minimise stress to improve outcomes.

• Long stays are often costly, or require being hospitalised.

• We simply do not need the same duration to achieve results.

Our overarching goal is full rehabilitation - no reliance on us or the technology. We support clients with strategies to MAINTAIN the results achieved with us, including an optional Remote Support Programme.
