Consultation call to discuss your needs and how we can help.

Service Description

We offer a 30min phone call and will contact you via the number you provide. All new clients are required to have a consultation. Please note: this is NOT an in-person appointment. INTERNATIONAL CALLS WILL BE MADE VIA WHATSAPP. If your voice is affected, or you do not speak English, you're welcome to have another person on the call to assist with communication / translation.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policies Weekly / Intros: 1.5 hour duration "intro" and weekly appointments require 48 hours notice for cancellations. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, the full session fee will be charged and is non-refundable. Intensives: Appointments 3 hours or longer in duration and intensive appointments, require 14 days notice for cancellations. If you cancel with less than 2 weeks notice, the full session fee will be charged and is non-refundable. Please note that cancellations with insufficient notice may result in the loss of future booking privileges, depending on the circumstances. For full information on our cancellation policies, see FAQs on www.apexneuro.co.uk If a client arrives more than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time of their session, the session will not proceed. Sessions cancelled due to late arrival are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling. If you anticipate being late, please contact us as soon as possible. While this doesn't guarantee that your session will proceed, it helps us manage our schedule more effectively.
