Service Description

We offer a 15min phone call and will contact you via the number you provide. We will be calling from numbers ending '150' or '072'. All new clients are required to have a consultation. Please note: this is NOT an in-person appointment. INTERNATIONAL CALLS WILL BE MADE VIA WHATSAPP. If your voice is affected, or you do not speak English, you're welcome to have another person on the call to assist with communication / translation.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: To cancel / change your booking, please contact us at least 48 hrs in advance of your appointment. Without this notice, your session will still be charged at the full rate. Using the Gym: If you would like to stay to use the gym after your session with us, or a friend/family would like to use it while you're having treatment, this is welcomed and you can purchase a day pass for £7 at reception.
