2 days (6hrs) of progress with Multiple Sclerosis… (follow up - Suzanne completed a Marathon following her time at APEX NEURO!)
Laura and Suzanne made the most of every minute - covering a huge amount of ground in a short space of time! Over 2 days, they work on:
Improving gait, balance, stability and power
Using the stairs
Using both legs rather than biasing the stronger side
Teaching Suzanne how to rebuild strength (showing her she is stronger than she thought!)
Using staircases out in the ‘real world’
Navigating changes in surfaces
