Is it possible to run again with Multiple Sclerosis?
Ashley hadn’t planned on this goal - when she came to the UK to work with us her goal was to walk her daughter to and from school. But within a few days, her walking had improved so much that Ashley and Rob set their sights higher - could she run again for the first time in years? It wasn’t easy, and (to begin with) it wasn’t pretty! But she persevered, pushed through the doubt and frustration — and ran again!
