Thinking of travelling internationally to work with APEX NEURO? You’ll be in good company - a large percentage of our client base travels from around the world, with clients from 40 countries to date taking part in our Intensive Neurorehabilitation Programmes.
To enable us to work with clients from around the world, we have an established international process involving 2 parts: in-person intensive programme(s) (duration tailored to each client) held at our clinic near Manchester, UK (15 minutes from Manchester Airport) and a purpose-built Remote Support Programme designed to support clients at a distance.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you charge for the consultation call? No - we offer a free 15 minute call with our Clinic Director. We believe clients should be able to explore their options without a paywall. This call forms the first stage of our assessment to determine suitability for our programme.
Do I have to attend the clinic in-person? Yes - due to the complexity and specificity of the conditions we work with, we have not (yet) found a way to deliver meaningful value without a minimum duration programme delivered in-person. We find that the best neurological rehabilitation is tailored - the time in the clinic is extremely valuable to progress and to understand the client in a way that is not possible virtually. During an in-person intensive programme, the practitioners are gathering information to form the Remote Support Programme - a tailored follow-up specifically designed for neurological and degenerative conditions (more info)
Where can I stay? There are a variety of hotels and Air B&B's located near to the clinic. We can share a list of accessible options including a local hotel we have a partnership and discounted rate. We are presently developing an in-house accommodation scheme.
Does APEX NEURO offer telehealth services? For eligible clients, we offer our Remote Support Programme, our purpose-built remote neurorehabilitation programme. This programme has been specifically built by our team to support complex conditions at a distance, showing success with Multiple Sclerosis (MS), MND / ALS and Ataxia.
