Multiple Sclerosis GOAL: walking his son to school Alex’s main focus for rehab is around his son, who starts school in September, with the goal of walking to do school drop-off. Rob and Alex worked on improving his muscle control over the first few weeks together (1.5hr per week in the clinic) before they did some trial runs in the clinic. By week 6, Rob knew Alex was ready to put everything they’ve built and practiced to the test - walking 0.4miles on uneven surfaces, using stairs and up/down hills to practice the school run. This is the longest Alex has walked unaided in a long time! Pt 2 covers the return journey, when fatigue starts to kick in and Alex faces the second part of the challenge (watch on our social channels) https://www.youtube.com/@apexneuro
