Cyndi and Jonathan are an amazing team - not only do they travel together from the Falkland Islands to work with us intensively, Jonathan even commits to getting stuck into the training Rob is teaching Cyndi so that he can train with her back at home while they work on the Remote Support Programme

Training to rebuild strength and muscle is a significant component of our Multiple Sclerosis approach - we believe it IS possible to regain strength and build muscle with the right methods - at any age, with any level of prior experience, including Tony - Multiple Sclerosis at 64 years old… lifting more weight than he has in years!
Tony had been told to prepare for a wheelchair by his neurologist. He’s not only now nowhere near using a walking aid, he’s now lifting more than he has done in years, can chase his grandchild and dance with his wife. Tony works with APEX NEURO for 6 hours every 4-6 months, then carries on the work at home using the Remote Support device (used by Rob in the video) while following a training plan to rebuild his strength and muscle.
